Maybe just drop the weekly treatments up to harvest if theirs no mites around of any significance if you dont want mint flavored buds is an idea.
Yeah I was thinking of possibly doing that. Maybe make that decision when the time comes. No live critters last night either. I may have to keep a bottle of this stuff around.
End of shift if you`ve beat them back now, maybe carry on the weekly treatment of h202 foliars to keep them down till you chop cus that's not gonna effect taste and after a 2 or 3 hours it will have evaporated off.

Out of interest did ya take note last week when you were using h202 foliar treatments, if it was keeping the mites at bay ?
The h2o2 seemed to reduce the population but not get rid of them. After reading some other recipes I think I could have increased effectiveness by adding a little dr Bonners Castile soap and a small amount of oil to the mix.

If you reduce the amount of hash you consume in order to preserve your glass you've missed the whole point.

The hash is more important than the glass.

Things are looking up. I haven't found any spider mites on the Serious Happiness in over a week. I think Monday I'll do an h202 and h2o wash to remove any residue from the Lost Coast plant therapy. Follow that with vigilance and hopefully that's taken care of.

The Vanilla Tart is doing well. I moved the lights up and gave her a good strong feeding with the bottled nutes. The new growth is coming in nice and green but I'll have to keep an eye on that too.

Walk into the room and BOOM I'm hit with the smell of blue coming from the Serious Happiness. Reminds me of Blue OG or Blueberry Kush.
I'm having some minor issues with leaves drying up. Just one or two here and one or two there. Still, not something I want to see.
She's sprawled out nicely and become quite the lady to care for.

Image

She's a little over half way finished. This is a pretty nice bud for a 50/50 hybrid.

Image

She's got the frost going on.

Image

And then, turn to the other end of the room and there is the Vanilla Tart. She's trying to keep up but has not filled out quite as much of the net as Serious Happiness. Unless you are right on top of her you don't really notice any smell.

Image

What she lacks in coverage area she makes up for in bud size.

Image

She's pretty frosty too. Maybe not quite as frosty as Serious Happiness but still a good amount.
