I've been dealing with a spider mite problem with this girl. I have been spraying with my homemade h2o2 solution every other day for about a week. There seem to be fewer but I still see live ones moving around. When the problem was noticed I ordered some Lost Coast plant therapy. That arrived today. I was able to mix up some and get everything including the veg room sprayed thoroughly. Mfg says to spray 3 to 5 days in a row then once a week to be sure. I'll let you know if it works.

Next up Vanilla Tart. Flash pic.

She is having an issue with yellowing leaves under the lights. Kind of looks like copper def to me after looking through Keeno's deficiency thread. I'm going to be watching the new growth in that area for now and see if it corrects itself.

If you reduce the amount of hash you consume in order to preserve your glass you've missed the whole point.

The hash is more important than the glass.

Update on the Lost Coast plant therapy and the spider mites.

First the good. This stuff seems to be amazing. After the first spray I was able to find a couple of live spidermites. To be fair they were on leaves pulled from the thickest part of the plant. I'm going to say that it was because of incomplete coverage on my part. Yesterday they had their second soaking and I could not find a live one anywhere. Tonight they will get a third treatment and if I still can't find any live mites I'm going to say that it is very effective. I'll probably give the two more treatments recommended and then move to once a week until close to harvest. Then a good rinse with plain water.

The not so good. There is a substantial amount of peppermint oil in the Lost Coast plant therapy. My grow room smells of peppermint when I go back in to water. I understand that peppermint is bad for the spider mites but I don't want peppermint flavor on my buds, hence the desire to rinse before harvest.

Maybe just drop the weekly treatments up to harvest if theirs no mites around of any significance if you dont want mint flavored buds is an idea.

Yeah I was thinking of possibly doing that. Maybe make that decision when the time comes. No live critters last night either. I may have to keep a bottle of this stuff around.

I looked it up at their website. No they aren't shipping across the pond at this time. In fact they only ship to 36 of the states and Canada.

End of shift if you`ve beat them back now, maybe carry on the weekly treatment of h202 foliars to keep them down till you chop cus that's not gonna effect taste and after a 2 or 3 hours it will have evaporated off.

Out of interest did ya take note last week when you were using h202 foliar treatments, if it was keeping the mites at bay ?
