Again, I'd just use Aloe Vera for this.

In this instance Aloe Vera may not cut it. Although it contains auxins and I think it can act as a chelator, it won't do as good as a job as a flushing agent. Not only that, a good quality flushing agent will contain enough nutrients to not upset osmosis within the root zone and keep those pumps working. Would be interested to see a side by side comparison though.

Sure you're right about flushing, chelate factors of the real deal.
I'll just use what I already have in stock to use for now.

I have everything on order now for the coco grow anyway.

bicarbonate is generally the salt to avoid in organics, iirc critic acid helps break it down into more available and mobile parts

That's a good idea I have my soil salt grow I'm doing and I wandered what I was going to do with it after.
