I haven't used blurples so far, my growing run with mars hydro sp250, the white light, Chinese light, but the buds big and tight, my plants love them

I found the most blurple lights with more red lights, it works better for the buds, right?

Several schools of thought would say yes red helps budding, blue helps vegetative and internodal growth infra red for helping the plants hormonal transitions full spectrum is the way to go 3000k and blurple, IR and UVB. Red more so in bloom late flower because of the natural seasonal effects of the sky less light time, different spectrum. But what do we really know ,except what works for each of us..

Filling in nicely 40%RH 77°F/25°C at night shes 60%RH 72°F/20°C, beautiful growth, I may begin to train sooner than anticipated.

May be a bit early I say she can handle it, training day pulled her down last night she responded within 2 hrs. Lights out and we shall see in 10 hrs with an update..
