Re: Another Pink Kush
Cheers for the reply smokey. It's just I have been using one for my res to keep the temp at around 20 and I was wondering if it makes any difference turning it off ( saving leccy lol) if it wasnt needed and could feed with the res at room temperature

Re: Another Pink Kush
No mate but think I might keep the chiller all wired up and connected so when I'm changing res I can switch her on to check temps to make sure it not too cold before I feed them.
Bit of bad news smokey dude think one of the girls is starting to hermie
noticed a wee tiny tiny banana on one of the lower branches. Checked the rest thoroughly and nothing on the others.
Think I know the reason for it as well. Its def not from light leaks as iv checked the room quite a few times and the entire attic sits in darkness all day long when lights are off anyway. However think it's from maybe feeding a couple of times a little too low a temperature. Not by much only at around 16.7, being a stoner I forgot to check the temp a few times after refilling res and feeding them. The room when lights on is around 32/33 degrees and read somewhere that you should feed them at what they would expect if outside (so if 32 degrees outside water temp would be around 24/25 so it's not a shock to them like me feeding at 16.7 lol or so I read anyway
Apart from that I cant think of anything else
Maybe a little too harsh a defoliation during the stretch I'm not too sure

Re: Another Pink Kush
ok have a look at these worth every penny imho https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Infrared-Non ... SwoPJdyNsa you can check res temp and wherever in the groom, really handy bit of kit i use mine alot.
Hemie:
sounds like you've covered most things except light intensity, is the affected flower really close to any lamps/lights ? this is quite commom believe it or not you can have too much light, just a thought bro but yeah good call on the chiller 16.5 is incredibly low i used to aim for 20 - 25 I know KB is hot on his water temps. If the water temp is responsible for the nanna I think this is the first time iv'e heard that so I've certainly logged it we, we are always learning pal

Re: Another Pink Kush
It's actually pretty far from the lights mate it's one that has fallen over from the weight. It is beside the dehumidifier and there is a small green light that comes of it but I have it covered with tape. Gonna put some more on just incase lol
I could turn the hps down from 40p watts to 250watts or turn it off completely wat u reakon mate

Re: Another Pink Kush
No being that far away we can eliminate light intensity so keep the hps running for sure, hmmmmm i'm not ruling out that feed with the low res temp but again we cannot rule out that it could just be a genetic issue and no specific reason, pluck it out fella don't leave it in there just pinch it out and keep a vigilant eye on the other flowers. 1 last thing they looking fcuking incredible pal (excuse the language) still a little way to go yet for weight gain
