They all can be tuned to look great, but like any student you have things to work out with the experience of it.
All of these machines have a similar ability
So if you're good enough with like my bottom line machines low end the better the build the better the print.
Fdm = medium/ high quality mostly plastic easier to use Desktop=$1.5mill-$150
Sla=super high/glass quality desktop size resin its messy as hell and semi toxic=$2000-$300
sintography = metallics/very high quality less than sla strength loss of surface quality 480 3 phase power needed you will be monitored by the royal embassy so you don't manufacture fire arms or the Scandinavian gov.=$1mill-$10,000
