Hi mate,

For me it would be too early. I like to see a lot of amber on mine.

Plant is definitely on it's way out mate, but I think the leaves got nutrient damage on them rather than dying off because they are old. Anyhow, not much you can do right now, except from giving the plant water only to flush it until you get the trichomes to the amount of amber/cloudy you want and chop it :Stoned: I am sure it will be some top quality smoke in there Big Boss!

hello all, so a new update, i was going to chop this down a few weeks ago but because i saw some new buds growing on the bottom with fresh leaves i left it a little longer hoping they would grow but they didnt :(

harvested the plant today and trimmed off most of the excess fanleaves, i kept some sugar leaves on and hung them up to dry, thinking maybe a week or two to dry would be right? not so sure.
the yield is quite small i think a little disappointing but i hope i can improve on this in the future :idn:

some pics before and after trim:

since i am almost at the end of this journey it makes me question alot about what i did wrong and why or how i could improve, the plant grew fine and i am sure it will be a nice smoke but for me this is still slightly a failure.
only two steps left dry and cure and while i do this im not sure if i want to take the journey again with some diff strain.
i guess because its a learning process and anyone who gives up after doing something once will never learn so i am eager to try again sometime in the future :barmy:

Hey man!

Way better than a lot of first time grows I've seen, you officially grew your own bud!

Not sure what grow style you like, but for your next one I'd like to mentor you I'm by no means an expert but I feel like I've come into my own with organic growing, and I guarantee you will have great results with-

1. Most important! GOOD GENETICS
Pic a strain you know produces well, do your homework. I've found bcn critical xxl from seed stockers to be my favorite so far, all 3 plants look identical.

2. Better environment and more light

Pm me if you're interested

Tbh yes it's not perfect.. but no one's first grow was :)
I'd take up josh on that offer tho, he's a good grower.
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
