Yeah mate def not bugs, had thought about that but had a real good look this morning and couldn’t see any. It’s well strange mate none of the other plants have any. The affected plant does look a little different to the other 3. The buds don’t look as developed and don’t look like they have filled out or have as much crystals. Will take a few pics of the buds mate cause tbh the pics I have been taking have been of the other 3

I checked the ph of the water and it had dropped to 5.0 so changed everything this morning and gave them fresh water. Don’t know if that could have done anything

Hm defo looks like pH issue that one. But as you're already on the finish line I wouldn't worry too much mate. Maybe something happened along the way.

Yeah mate think you could be right cause been trying to figure it out. And it has only happened past day or two and I think it was because the ph of the water had dropped below 5.0 I think until chop I’m just gonna have to keep replacing 20 litres of water every couple of days to keep the ph up

Looking a bit of advice troops. I currently have the iws rdwc 25mm system and have been growing rdwc for over a year now. I’m definitely getting better and do love hydro and rdwc, however it is a very advanced way of growing and I reakon one of the hardest to learn and master and one of the most unforgiving. And I’m constantly seeing problems.

So I am going to upgrade my system and I was looking at the rush dwc system with the bigger pipework. But since I pretty much have the opportunity now to start fresh with a new system, I was wondering am I best sticking out the rdwc or am I best taking a step away from rdwc and look into maybe growing in coco and getting the iws flood and drain system.

Basically what I’m asking is did I put my big boy pants on too early lol without knowing any basics of growing medicinal cannabis or pretty much knowing anything about the subject

much better system the rush ones are because of the large pipes but very expensive when you could build your own. TBH your grow this time ( when you listened pmfsl ) looks great - You dont know final yield yet but I bet youve done alright.
Coco imho is just as difficult ( probably more so ) than DWC
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

I know mate iv been looking into it all morning and it would be like starting back at square one pretty much if I changed growing method. Wouldn’t know where to start lol I’m just gonna have to master rdwc

can u modify yours with larger pipe work?
Honestly I think youve done alright this time - why alter it before you perfect it?

Very true mate, I definitely agree with you there. Just feel out of my depth at times mate lol yeah iv looked at that but the way iws design their buckets you can’t alter the hole size unfortunately. I’m toying with the idea of doing another run with this system and then upgrading to rush system. But I’m going to way up my options after I harvest these ones and after pay day end of month lol see if iv anything spare I could upgrade sooner
