Aspie on a phone camera turn the flash to always on mate

I don't own a phone camera, mate. I have a shitty digital camera. I can have flash on or off. But the results will be similar to the ones taken with the IS boards.

The wife has an old mobile. It can take shitty photos, but can't upload them to anywhere. She's been given a new phone from Polly and Capt, but has no SIM card.

She needs to take both phones into town, but can't do that until she's well enough. Her savings were wiped out due to vet bills and I have zero savings. Once she has - and she's up to going into town, she'll hopefully get it sorted. (She needs to keep her old SIM)

The only torch I have is an LED one, and it more of a glow than a light as the batteries need replacing.
