The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

There is really 2 ways to go about this both will need the 500w oil filled rad what you can get new for about £20-£25 and will heat you size tent just fine. You will need a thermostatic control of some kind, i use the inkbird due to it having a probe and being very accurate with temps.
If you want to continue running the led the oil filled rad will be on near constantly when weather is cold lights on and off.
If you stick in the 400w hps the oil filled rad would not need to work so much and being auto's would be my choice this time of year.
Also installing the sms controller would help with temps as well.
What you do not want is wild temperature swings try to keep light on and off temps around the range of 20c -27c.

Cheers man, im running leds on 24/0 at the mo, im litteraly currently just dimming the board now then installing my hps. Ill have it running on 250w alongside the board but ill prob have the hps on a timer (only have 1) and run 20/4 might get 1 for the led. And im going to order the inkbird and maybe a rad or fan heater.kbag wrote:There is really 2 ways to go about this both will need the 500w oil filled rad what you can get new for about £20-£25 and will heat you size tent just fine. The chill has certainly set in Yer winter time you need a bit of heat. But you need itvanyway with hps.
If your in your house use central heating or if you cant an oil rad is good. Also i use seedling heat mats. 1 on the floor of the tent works well. Im running 23c lights on in the tent and 18c lights off using a rad. I forgot to put the timer on the rad an it hit 14c brrrrrrr chilli.
Plants doing fine at 23c tho boooya
