looking good mate, what distance you go those lights at and are they dimmed ?
Thanks man, no idea why, i feel like i spam the forum! Lights are about 27" away, there on full power, i havnt got a dimmer or watt reader so i didn't want to fiddle with meanwell. Thought more power the better.

just a s a tip, the 1st signs of light stress under Inv sun leds, is either serrated tips on leaf pointing upwards or more commonly slightly red or purple top sides of the leaf stems.
My advice if this occurs is to dim ever so slightly. but honestly I don't think you have an issue now, maybe initially as the lower fan leaf stalks look a lil redish brown on the top, but the more recent growth looks fine. But its something to look out for and a great way of telling if your too close or too powerful

the dimmer is built into the driver, under the rubber stopper, use a Philips screw driver to adjust

Yeh at the begging of the grow i had them pretty close not realising the intensity of the lights. Would you say light is ok where it is for now? Ive read up on how to dim but i didnt want to dim too much without knowing exactly the wattage. Maybe thats why there slow this time round.

yeah possibly, you may have been giving them too much PAR for the early stages.

Personally for seedlings or cuts I dim all the way down and have the light at 30 inches, when the plant establishes itself I increase the light. I don't move the light closer until flowering. then it goes to 22 inches.

Oh shit, these girls had the light closer then 30" within the 1st 2weeks. Learning curve i suppose. I might raise it a lil bit to be on the safe side then haha.

Morning guys, this isnt really a update just a ' i need advise!' Getting up for work this morning at 5.30am popped my head in the tent and its about 17c in there! What is the best most efficient way to warm the tent up? Ive had to turn my intake fan off just for now, that probably saves me a couple degrees. I'm really contemplating just swapping the qb for my hps, if anything i have heat issues with that but its easier to control in the cold. I already fucked my grow with having the board full power and too close, the growth on these girls are dismal! Looking back to past grows my girls was nicely budding already :( these look like they have another 2/3 week veg! Wtf do i do??

Im not sure how to dim but when I turned mine up I did both of them :)
I used a oil radiator with a thermostat as a cheap efficient way to heat the tent - your idea with hps is a good one, I bought QB mainly for summer heat tbh. I wouldnt say your grows fukt tho - not at all mate :)
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

Ive only seen oil radiators that use like 2k of leccy, thought maybe just cheaper sticking my 400w hps in there instead and saving the qb for summer.. i just didnt realise actually how much little heat comes from them. Gunna be a shame packing it away. I dont think ive totally ruined the grow but it seems like it gunna be a long long road before they even start showing signs of flower, hopefully hps wil kick start it!
