Ive had a few people say i use a lot of ph down. I lookdd at the Captains feed tonihht snd was shocked at the amount of a and b he uses compared to me. So i thought I'd kick off a topic where we can share what we use and how much of it to get to where we need to be.

Obviously it will be different a different stages but we can update it.

Atm I'm knocking up 80 liters of feed. I'm setting to 1.2 EC, 6.1 PH.

Background EC, 0.6.
Background PH 7.2

To the 80 liters I add

40ml hammerhead 4/10
70ml both canna coco a and b.
20ml ph down

Seems about right to me, even though I'm running dwc not coco. But it prbly takes 15 ml of ph down before mine stabilizes at 5.8

In 120L of water I use about 10-15 mlof pH down to get it to where irs needed.
I only used 30 ml Hammerhead and 60 ml of each A&B to reach eC of 1.3 though.

I've hardly ever have to go over 1ml per L on base nutes.
In veg stage 2 ml per L root stimulator is plenty, unless they are not too stressed. Then you can go up to 3 ml ped Liter.

Liquid silicone. - if you whack huge amount of feeds let's say for a week, you just do a week on week off.
If done daily, you ads every other day.
Amounts from 0.5 - 1 ml per Liter maximum.

On Standby I keep CalMag, RAW Omnia and Rox.
CalMag I use one or two feeds twice in veg at 0.5 ml per L
OmniA I use in veg if plants are now doing too well. Really helps with recovery as it helps nutrients uptake.
Rox kills the stretch dead if you are to get a stretchy strain and have no headroom. You use for 2 to 3 days maximum at 0.5 ml per L.

atm im using 110ml if canna aqua vega a&b with 50l of Magic water background ec 0.1 background ph 6.7 i don't ph or ec my feed thanks to the Magic water

its not about the amount of feed bach in a litre.....its all down to plant health + roots.... i find ewe gotta coax em on first week 10 days then ramp up the feeds daily by .2 cf on the chart....ewe really want your floweringf plants up @ around 12.... 13 cf imo.atb what ewe dont want is over watered buggers supping on salts built up !!!

im @ day 6 bloom cf is 13 and ill hold it there now for a week then increase by .2 untill i get them bellys full as fuk then slack off the feeds and so on until i chop the buggers.......but i will leech them 6 weeks into flower as the salts will be plenty by then see.

Interesting thread this ..I grow coco and feed by reading plants faces from seed to weed I don’t EC and never have but I do PH obviously..I’m not a heavy feeder either ..I’ve just flipped 3 plants in 20l pots in scrog 2mx1m and they get 1ml canna a and b ,.8ml pk13/14 and for the short term .7ml per l magnical...works for me..but again I have a cavalier attitude to growing ,there’s a lot of old wives tales out there ...but I have never ever owned a EC pen or wand ..
