Be careful with that meter. I was kindly given one the same and the draw from my lights ( 740w ) was 960w according to it. I tested it on various other appliances and it was reading high.....

OK so exactly 7 sleeps in. The girls have started stretching as per the last update, I always continue to tuck as I like my canopy low, except around the edges which ill let run loose now. The centre area of each plant is filled out nicely now, there are still some more tops to spring through so ill have to manage the space a bit more when they do.
This is the first time iv really used this net, and yes the holes are too big however, with a mixture of a bit of tying and use of the net, pinching and super cropping, Im really happy with how its turned out so far.

Im glad i switched when I did as its getting very busy in there now, granted when some of the foliage is removed it will look less so, however I like my buds to have a bit of space around them and with the next week or so continuous stretch I expect it to be pretty thick in there.

The lights are 17inch from the net and about 15 inch from the highest point of the canopy, I did think about lowering the light or increasing to 240w from my current 220w but as the plants are still in stretch I figured just leave it be and raise the light if required, so i'll wait until stretch is over then look to increase the light when in full bloom.

Apart from that im gonna give the girls a full trim under the net at about day 12, ill keep tucking probably until week 3 ish but it really depends on how many more tops make it through the net.

Anyway enough waffle, heres some pics

Looking very happy and healthy in here dude

I'm really going to have to give the red light a try. The growth rates in here are pretty impressive
