These are starting to look a little hungry so Ive increased the EC by 20% (1.2EC). They're flying though. Super impressed with the speed of growth under this new LED!

Either that or the dude just threw some random shit in a pack and sent it over :)

Re: UK Cheese (S1) Golden Coast Genetics
Hey GR420,
These are still going strong. Had a little booboo :) This is the first time I've run Calcium Nitrate Tetrahydrate with seedlings. Turns out I'll need to adjust things a little further as they started to show signs of N toxicity while in the small pots. You can see this in the provided photo around the lower leaves. They're starting to loose turgidity and droop at the edges.
This is a little odd as the only difference between tetrahydrate and CAN is there's less NH4 and more NO3. That being said, the purity of tetrahydrate is much higher so maybe this is why. It could also just be the cultivar or even the environment as they were just shoved in there with a small oscillating fan. They have also got past the issue now and are on there way to bring mature ladies!
I've repotted them into 6l pots. I've used Canna coir as I'd ran out of bricks so just flew round to the local growshop. They had Canna or Ecothrive :(
They've also been moved into the main room. As I threw all this back up in a hurry, they've not had an extraction fan or anything so the environment has been pretty unstable. Now they're in a nice air conditiones tent with a stable environment, they will stop being stroppy teenagers!
They all looking very indica currently. All very different smelling too. Seems to be three types. One that doesn't smell at all yet, another that has that classic sweet skunk smell and a couple that smell just like burnt rubber. The burnt rubber plants are very pungent.
The stowaway is a Pineapple skunk cutting that has been hanging about while I sort my life out :)

Re: UK Cheese (S1) Golden Coast Genetics
Just a quick update. Two days later and they're looking sweet. Literally no transplant stress what so ever by the looks of things.
My feckint humidifier is broken and will only work on high ATM. Being a right pain and the humidity is fairly high in the tent. (~70%).
I'll update when I'm ready to take cuttings.

Re: UK Cheese (S1) Golden Coast Genetics
Well... This one didn't go to plan. Golden Coast Genetics turned out to be talking shite and these ain't S1. Unfortunately they lied to me and this is what I came back from holiday to find.

Four big fat males that had jizzed over everything. The plants are full of seeds... But ..... The weed is fucking mental. One of the smelliest, damk plants I've seen in ally years of growing. So, I have cuttings of these and I have plenty of seed lol so I'm going to call this a win

I have a second run of these in a all Coco grow using Autopot. I'll keep this one running so you can see a female only crop.

Re: UK Cheese (S1) Golden Coast Genetics
A quick photo of one dried. Smells like Shiva skunk. Very old school Afghan. I've saved seeds from the best phenotype and I'm now germinating some. Not sure if this is an F1 or not so could be a load of shite but, if they're not, I'll cross with my Electric Purple to see wagwan.
