What typo and power light do use and what size extraction and temps do you run a. Are all ok and close enough ? ( a big wide tolerance close enough is ) I just cant think why you getting rh so high at times with small plants tbh. I mean just wait till they are full size in bloom during dark filling that room/tent, if current RH is owt to go by its gonna be running with humidity virtually maxed out, ok maybe not so drastic but for sure its gonna high as fuck at times going by current rh readings, its gonna be far from ideal when they`re in full flower and tent is cram pack full with green. You say you run a dehumidifier too so RH was more than likely even higher before that was on obviously, crazy high man and it shouldn't be for stage they are at ,

I have a ish 265 eclipse running 35% 20” from top of the plant.
Temp is 19 - 21 degrees
Spider farmer 4” fan
I’m getting a bigger fan! Ram 12L as the £65 one I got didn’t do a good enough job.
Should l take them out and see what the humidity is in the morning?
I thought my plants are small for 5 weeks.
I believe the humidity is a factor
Thank you dude what do think I should dooo?

They might be a bit small but its your first grow by sounds of it and lots of different things that can slow growth down. They look alright tbh if its your first grow.WshYu wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2024 12:10 amI have a ish 265 eclipse running 35% 20” from top of the plant.

Plants look ok its your first grow. Where do you extract air from tent too, a loft or another room ? .

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
Yeah I’ve never gardened in my life!
The fan setting is on 1/2 I think there is 6-8 speeds
And the air goes into the room!
The humidity is quite high at the moment in the house. The room is always 80% no mould on the walls etc..
Thanks again for the help

A dehumidifier is almost a must. 80% rh is your grow can be problematic. Ask me how I know....

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
also look at temp, i run my tent at 24c. i find any lower and it effects speed of growth.

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
Thank you dude i shall raise the heat a bit thank you
To be fair my tent is 180cm so maybe slightly shorter is fine as a lot of the heights of the tents are 200cm
I hope it comes together soon!

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
i use a 80x80x160 so i know about lack of height! i like to have a fan point up to the roof to stop hot spots gathering at the top of the tent and recirculating the hot air.

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
Yeh I was gonna say sounds a little bit on the cold side, they like it nice and toasty around 25-26c in veg but 24c is good. In flower I'd be aiming for 27-30c lights on and 19-21c lights off for optimal growth. With HPS a bit lower is fine tho. At these temps the humidity shouldn't be high but it will go up dramatically when they start growing buds, maybe take a look at the ventilation too see if you are pulling enough air out of there?
Cheers

Re: Blue cheese - first grow - 3X3
I thought as much yes. Their in lies your high humidity problem. You really need to be extracting into a room or somewhere that tent isn`t set in, its far from ideal the way you have it set. Although a small problem atmo i think it or could turn into a much bigger problem when plants are bigger and full of budZ. Your just churning same air round and round in room that your tents in and doing that is only gonna cause RH to climb higher as plant grows. Usually i would have said crank extraction up to full power to bring RH down but even cranking up your fan isn`t gonna lower it way you have it set atmo. I cant see a small dehumidifier doing much to control it unless its a big thing cus of way you have it all set up.
