Ultrasonic bong cleaning?

So I get tired of cleaning my bubbler and bong with isoprop and salt.

How do you clean your bongs and glassware? Are those ultrasonic cleaners worth a punt or not? I guess I'd need a large one.

That always struck me as a great idea. Cleaning glass in a pain in the butt.

I only smoke from a wooden pipe but Nice machine lol I could use this to clean gun, car and atv parts .

I don't clean mine, I just knock it on the floor and blame the dog, then the wife tells me I can buy a new one!

Then I give the dog a clean down with 99% ISO and let it soak for an hour or so, then hot water rinse out after drinking the ISO.

I use one on a few smaller bongs and it works well. You will want to get a small plug for the downstem hole so you can fill above that level.

I'm trying to look for one thar can House my bong. It's around 30cm tall I think..the cleaners get expensive around this volume.

If you're just wanting to clean it not store it, the cleaner need only be big enough for the base to fit and 3-4 cm deep. The liquid inside the bong vibrates through the whole thing if 3-4 cm of fluid is in the devise. That's why I suggested a plug for the slide hole, but anyway they work well and quickly.

A wine bottle cork or stopper works well in an 18mm gg joint.

You could probably use an elasticky band and some cling film to cover the hole too.
