Rib n rump, smoked low n slow over cherry, plum and apple woods...



The rump has hit 56*C internally in 3 hours @ 103*C and is now resting for a while... The rib has just got through the stall and is at 59*C after 5 hours. Letting that baby go for another 3 or 4 hours so it all falls apart when I look at it.



Anyone want to pop round for dinner? I could do with some target practice with the .22
