Good luck dude. Will follow along. Every cheese strain i have tried seems to give me a headache. Maybe i should try growing one myself 🤔

I personally aim for about 1/3rd of my mix to be aeration. sand and gravel are spot on if ya not too concerned with the weight of the pots.

Vermiculite in my opinion add water retention more than aeration and perlite can move to the top of the pots long term (tho i use perlite myself).

I do really like buckwheat hulls as an aeration. the dont last as long as perlite but ive soil mixes over 2 years old which the buckwheat hulls are still going strong so they last alot longer than rice hulls which people add for the same reason (both also provide silica as they break down)

Thems my thoughts.... if it helps :idn:

They look a lil sassy but not horribly.. I bet she takes off real quick!

Sassy meaning trying to find their feet. I’ve seen a few strains do this. Always boils down to 2 things for me.. either I over watered them or they are cold.
