You got some real different plants in there Tictok. Should make a real nice selection once in Jars. The SSDD is indeed a frosty girl 😎
Cheers Keeno. After so long waiting to get the mites sorted I figured this run should be all out.

The sensi star is looking to be a yielder which is a nice surprise. The NF crosses are stopping stones to developing that line further.

Cheers dekay, appreciate the comment.

Living soil is an organic way of growing that emphasises the use of the bacterial and fungal life within natural soil.

So unlike 'organic' bottled nutes where the term 'organic' is a very loose one, the amendments added to living soil are there to feed the microlife (various bacteria and fungi) that then process them for the plant to take up.

On an ideal world I would have 40ltr pots, add all amendments at the beginning, weeks before planting, allow the soil to 'cook' (or the microlife start processing) then it would be a water only grow for the full cycle.

But in 13ltr pots (way too small teally), I have to topdress various amendments and I add additional microfine in the firm of microbial teas and lactic acid bacteria is added to keep away pathogens.

Hope that helps. For an idea our sponsor Green Hand Organic has a bunch of products to make your own up.

A little spotlight on the Sensi Star S1, exactly 5 weeks in.

The resin started very fruity, then developed a musty smell, which has now continued with some added lemon!

Small spotlight on the Sunshine Daydream (Bodhi Seeds) (F4 created by @Marcus Genetics)...

The structure of this plant has been a joy, no need to train. I'm expecting to use stakes to hold these buds up as they get bigger.

This is at 5 weeks since flip..

Then introducing the first flowers on my first ever deliberate cross....Northen Fumé, this is NF#5 which mostly resembles the mother NL5 but with better structure. This was the one with many hairs on the cotyledons suggesting it might have inherited the frost monster features of the mother. Here's hoping..proud moment though.. she's at 3 weeks since flip..

Cheers for checking them out.

Truly stunning that SSDD. The local nutter can certainly bang out some nice genetics. Lovely bit if growing @Tictok.

I learnt from Nspecta at CSI Humboldt that if you breed you need to have a goal.

So the goal with the NL5 x Guerilla Fumé cross was to capture the insane frost production of the NL5 mother (the strong grapefruit terps would be a bonus also) with the thick sticky resin of the Guerilla Fumé and to also improve on the yield.

Using The Revs trick of checking the volume of hairs on the cotyledons of the seedlings NF5 was selected for having the most hairs which should translate to frost production, hence lean more to the mother.

Please to say this trick seems to have worked and at 3 weeks 5 days NF5 is showing very similar frost production but the resin is very sticky unlike the mother.

Here's a small sun leaf..

Different structure to the mother also....but with the frost..

Will be interesting to see what NF2 does, which is definitely more GF leaning.

Nowt to do me with me K, that Bodhi bloke did all the work, I had 3 different genos/phenos and just selected the one that tasted like imperial leather soap to keep and slung a male at her.

TickethMcTocketh has done all the work on these himself too and I hope they bring back memoried of his mom washing his mouth out with soap when he vapes it.

Mine was to keep some seeds in the fridge for future use so I didn't have to put my hand in my pocket and spend daft money on beans again.

And nobody should be paying the daft money folks are asking for beans either.

Grifters, the lot of em.

They need to get a proper job and stop ripping people off.

Cheers M, it's interesting to note there is still variation at f4, this pheno is pure blueberry muffin terps throughout, very strong. The male I kept has the same strong stem rub smell so in a round or two I'll make some beans for distribution.

Totally agree re making seeds, I've got a load of Guerilla Fumé seeds from the same father as the NF cross. Self sufficiently is the key. Let me know if you ever want any. Lucky Dog Seeds says the GF is the nearest to the original Chem91. Definitely strong stuff.

Massive thanks though for making these ssdd available dude, I know someone with insane nerve pain and this ssdd pheno looks to be just the ticket. Very grateful.
