Superb looking plants. I bet you can spot a couple of plants worth keeping. Good luck until the end mate.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
Thanks Bulls and yes, there's one particular NF cross (top middle in the pic) that is different to the rest, very deep serrations, not sure on sex yet, may keep either way.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
Forgive the too regular updates, but I'm using this thread as the only repository of images to monitor the new NF cross and I hold no images locally.
One NF male (NF1) has been culled (male hunt is next round) and in the group one SSDD male was culled. I'm 85.67% certain that the remaining SSDD are female (!).
So a bit more space now which was the plan.
Two Sensi star on left, then top two from the left are NF5 and NF6. Slower, 6 is the mutant. NF5 resembles the mother the most in leaf shape and had the most hairs on the cotyledons, interesting to watch this one. No sex showing on either yet. They are sat on pots to raise them.

Two confirmed NF females. Definate hybrid vigour with these two. Topped once. Right one has slightly thinner leaves than the left but they seem basically the same..

Then there is this one, NF2, not shown sex yet, got that lime green dinosaur type leaf look with deep serrations, very interesting...

Male or female I will keep a cut, just incase it's something special. Strangely where you would normally see male or female signs...there's more branches growing! Will be interesting to monitor.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
Small update, I've got too many girls. Nice problem to have.
The mutant NF cross was culled, way too slow, something of nothing. Another NF cross girl has gone to a mate as I didnt have room (cuts will be taken) and this leaves two of the NF crosses moved to the small tent and one left in the big tent with the 2 Sensi Star and 2 Sunshine Daydream.
These will continue to veg for another week, maybe two as they've just been repotted then flipped.
NF bottom left, Sensi Star middle and left, Sunshine Daydream x 2 on the right.

Loving the structure of the SSDD, left to grow naturally. Had no choice but to top the big SS.
More on the other two NF crosses later as they grow into their new pots.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
Just to log the comparison of the new cross phenos.
The two moved to the small tent are the ones I'm most interested in.
NF5 : seems closer to the NL5 mother, thinner leaves, staying greener compared to the darker expression of the other NF crosses. This is the one which has the most hairs on the cotyledons, hopefully meaning the frost monster expression of the mother will be there. It has the better structure of the mother from the GF male so good feeling about this one.

NF2 has been interesting throughout, different leaf serations, structure, there's something about this one I cannot put my finger on. Its been trained and is a little subdued due the drop in temps of the small tent (heater installed now).

These two being the favourites, they will be left to veg for a good while to fill out the pots and build root structure.
Thanks for dropping in.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
Cheers Keeno, chugging along , just the debate on when to flip now.
The SSDD seem too small currently, only had less than a week in their bigger pots. Not sure how long they take to fill them out, probably give a week or two.
Here's a Sensi Star leaf from the small one, it's got all the right smells this one, lemony metal on the stem rub.

Re: Multi Strain: SSDD, Sensi Star and First Cross (NF)
So the four NF crosses are in a holding pattern in the 2 x 2, tomorrow one will have cuts taken and passed on to a mate to grow out leaving me with 3 phenos to veg out.
This leaves the 2 x SSDD and 2 x Sensi Star to veg a little longer in the 2 x 4 then flip. The big Sensi Star is actually quite problematic due to its size, I may have to super crop the main stem.
Here's the Sensi Star phenos;

And here are the SSDD...

And the whole gang....

There's a little clawing to the tips on some where the living soil is quite rich. They all had some microbial tea this morning which went down well.
May flip in a few days although I want them to fill out a little more yet. Too many times I've flipped to early and just got about 1.5oz per plant. Because this is all personal, if I can yield a but more it will give more time for searching through other strains and to find a good NF male.
Thanks for checking them out.

NF2, this one I'm most interested in, totally different to all the others, strong structure, took off quick then has slowed but interesting leaves on her..

NF4, this one is like the mother but with a stronger structure... hoping this will have inherited the frost production of the mother.. she's been topped.

NF4, grows like the mum, lanky, thin leafed but with those chem darker leaves..

NF3, this is the one still in a 3.8ltr so is a little sorry for itself..going to a mate, cuts will be taken.

These will all be vegged for as long as possible while the big tent gets flipped.
Cheers for checking them out.
