HI DEX ,To get started, fill your spray bottle with warm water. After this, you should add 0.5 teaspoon of Neem Oil and a few drops of dish soap (3-4 drops). Put the lid on your spray bottle and shake it well. This helps to mix the soap, water, and Neem Oil together in the spray bottle. After you've shaken the spray bottle you can spray your plants. Every time when you're going to use your spray bottle, make sure to shake it first. Neem Oil is an oil and oil doesn't mix well with water, in fact it'll float on top of it.

How do you apply Neem oil to your plants?

For this section, we assume that you have a mixture of water and Neem Oil, like we made in the previous section. You can also use the store bought mixture for this section. There are several ways you can apply Neem Oil to your plants:

Add Neem Oil to a spray bottle and mist your plants
Add Neem Oil to a bowl with water and soap and wipe off your plant
Use a Q-Tip dipped in your Neem Oil water mix to remove pests
As Neem Oil is an oil, it's thicker than water and doesn't really mix well with it. When mixing these two substances, make sure the water you're using is warm. This makes mixing these two much easier. If you're using a spray bottle, shake your bottle with water, Neem Oil, and soap before using it to make sure it's mixed together. These three methods have advantages and disadvantages, so let's talk about them.

Misting your plants
Misting your plants is by far the quickest solution to apply Neem Oil to your plant in order to fight the pest. However, by misting you might miss spots on your plant. This is fine if the pests on your plant aren't very widespread. If the pest is aggressive, missing spots means you'll have to mist your plant multiple times to make sure you've gotten everything. Wiping your plant might be a better solution if the pest is aggressive and widespread.

YOU NEED TO REPEAT IN 3 DAYS.
my advice is never use it within 2 weeks of harvest as it makes bud taste like arse!peace

Thanks for that duke I made a mix and gonna spray em today, I have one in flower that will be pulled out the tent then I'm gonna go crazy with the spray all over the tent and leave lights off for few hours so I don't scold the leafs .

Thanks for that so every 3 days do the same, one more question do I have to make a fresh neem mix every time ? Or that one mix will do me until the mix has gone ?

hi dex if you leave the mix it cools and then seperates as oil and water are hard to keep mixed so you may need to warm it each time and give a jolly good mixing,
a drop of fairy liquid helps them mix so i only mix what can be used in one go,
tbh id never use it on my weed again but use it mostly on my bonsai trees and my tinas cacti as we had a plague of whitefly thanks to a neighbour releasing about a billion of the feckers from there garage.
(full of greengrocer stock) after they been on holiday for weeks and the whitefly are now everywhere round here and not been killed yet by the cold so our poor plants have been ravaged!
pyrethrum spray is my go too for the weed if i have no choice, good luck

Use and make neem spray up as duke says yes, but dont overdo it or it will stop plant breathing, basically it will block stomata on leaves, but use once and then again 3 to 4 days later you should be sound. Just dont go spraying plants with it all time. Use around 3 to 4ml a litre if its pure neem oil. You can also use it as a soil drench it will all any crap in your grow medium, done again twice over a week. I wouldn't use the stuff on budding plants myself but some do. Pretty potent stuff used rightly. Not for me though last time used it, i shook spray bottle to mix it in warm water and it bastard exploded all over in kitchen, man it stunk kitchen out for ages till cleaner did a good jobby in their properly.
