Oscillating fan is wrong place in this picture and needs to a bit higher blowing across in-between the light and plant tops where the yellow bit is in pictures.

Hard to say from the picture but as long as youve got clean air ducted into the tent then it should be fine, you can always turn the fan controller down a little if needs be.
With led you dont really need the fans running full speed all the time anyway, with old types of lighting youd use big fans just to get rid of the heat, your setup your just giving the plants fresh air so no need to go overboard with fan speeds

so the dial on the right sets the temperature, the dial on the left is your minimum fan speed which is on 100% at the moment by the look of it.
you could set the left dial to about 50% maybe a bit less I suspect, have the right dial set somewhere between 20-25c and it'll keep it all a bit more stable in there, you don't really need fans on 100% at this stage

the out ducting should be the one that sucks, the air should exit your tent in this order(carbon filter in top of tent - ducting - fan controlled by smscom controller - ducting - out of the building)
