No you want extraction at the top sucking all the air out and fresh air coming in at the bottom of the tent, air flowing from bottom to top.

so you've got carbon filter at the very top of the tent where the air gets filtered on the way out, the duct should go from your carbon filter to the biggest fan you have which is your extraction fan, the duct should then go from the extraction fan and out of the tent as far away as possible, preferably out of the roof or something, you don't even need to have the extraction fan in the tent, you can put it outside on the ducting and save space in the tent.
thats your extraction system.

Ok now for an inlet you probably won't need a fan pulling air in as the extraction fan should do well enough on its own, sometimes its even better without the inlet fan.

What would make sense though is ignore what I said about using the vents on the tent, leave them sealed up, run a piece of ducting so that it sits inside the bottom of the tent somewhere in the centre, run the ducting out of the tent and into a room below, for example you could put a plastic vent on your loft hatch and have the ducting run to the back of that. That way you'll be sucking up warm air from the top of the room below rather than cold air from the loft, also make sure you have a filter over the hole in the ducting to stop dust and hairs getting sucked into the tent, I use a pair of tights and brush the dust off once a week

so the fan connected to the silver ducting you could switch off
the one on the black ducting with the carbon filter is your exhaust, that should be sucking air out of the tent, if your tent has inflated check the arrows on the fan and make sure you have it round the right way

see that big arrow on the fan housing, that tells you what way the air flows, you want to be sucking air through the filter, it looks like your blowing air into the filter at the moment. if its wrong nows a good time to rip it apart and sort it out.

if it were me id put the carbon filter on the roof of the tent, ducting from the carbon filter out of the tent to your fan making sure the arrow faces the right way, from the fan take it out the roof or whatever you can do, you'll gain some room in the tent and also less weight for the tent to support

I’ve got my system extraction fans on wrong way around sucking should be on carbon and one for fresh air should be on silver ducting but silver ducting in the tent so clean air
