Yes @Marcus ive just been looking on fleabay namely at Grimsby hydro which sells ex display and second hand shit, but he gives a short warranty. I dont think I'd get a vertical in my room if its with those big umbrella typo shades but i do like DE ones as well and the guys have some of those in, so whats advantages of DE light possibly a more even spread of light from both ends ? I`m undecided atmo what to go for. Thinking LED is cool for Summer but Winter using warmer lighting just saves wads of cash in juice box what with LED types using heaters 24/7

This looks super sexy on dual 315cmh lights menu m8. :nice:

My 315w covers a 1mx1m tent real well, I was using it in a 1.2x1.2 tent with no issues too.

I presume a DE will be 630w and just 2 bulbs in 1? :idn: Might be too intense with limited headroom??

Most of the fittings are horizontal bulb orientation, but if you read the leaflet that comes with the bulbs some do tell you to hang them vertical. My fitting is one of these and is 46cm x 46cm wide.

1 other thing I don;t need with the CMH is the bloody dehumidifier on full crank all the time. :strangling: It's a pain running LEDs when it's a bit damp outside.

So yeah with the CMH basically I don't need a heater, don't need a dehumidifier, don't need any supplemental UV bollocks either.

Good evening gents. Sorry I been out and about during the summer. Life has been good but I am back now back to reality.
I am still using the CDMs yes. In combination with hps or led they are great. Better than just on their own.

I gave the plants a pinch of fulvic and humic in their water yesterday and their new growth has gone lime green. :idn: Maybe a trait of this strain, she is a very "sativa" looking thing.

I hope I don't have to leech these pots already. Maybe just stick to what I know. :strangling:

A sprinkle of one and a pinch of the other in 4L between them. :rolf: Have I fucked them? :rolf:

I'd have thought fulvic and humic wouldn't be too bothersome in whatever quantity for plants.

I'll sling a litre of plain water through them for the next few waterings and if they carry on being idiots I'll take cuts of these and crack on again in a few weeks.

Hi Bulls, they were the same this morning when I looked in, exactly the same... no growth and a little lighter limey yellowy greenish colour, but when I had a bedtime check on them they seemed to have started moving again and greening up, probably 3cm of growth on them new shoots.

Fingers crossed they're off like a rocket ship now.

I'll grab some pics in the am. :running-around:

The Moby had some variegation going on too, looks a right scruffy mess she does but she smells like she's going to be a stinker. :ninja:

They seem to be back at it now, I've given them a capful of miracle grow and a stern talking to.

This is what the Moby has going on. Mosaic virus or some variegation??? Hoping it's just growing pains and is only a visual issue

I doubt they are fooked. I don't remember the exact doses but the humic is highly concentrated. The Fulvic would be fine with a pinch in 4l.
