Exciting times :barmy:
I can recommend the AC infinity fan's.
My lad has loaned me one and I was blown away  by how good they are for the price.
Good luck with the grow

Sure they are, bro - probably the best for buck on the market atm! But - I dunno if you guys are American, or English - here in the EU we have a little problem of shipment costs, VAT, fees, import duties... The 4 inch AC infinity blower with temp/humid controller should come to my door at 250/300€ circa :/ I found another cheaper brand whose products seems like to be AC infinity clones, but I don't trust them so much... Original is best.
The problem is that I NEED IT, humidity is always been the main problem on my setup.
If I buy 6 120/140mm pc fans (hi pressure ones), an Arduino Nano or Uno and a power supply, with 3D printing support I could replicate the function I need spending half the money...

Today's update:
Speedy Girls really want to take home in a nice pot :running-around:
Image
So I went to the tent to check how Tropic Babies are going.
Image
Fine, I see :nice: no need to water. DIY transparent caps I did works fine.

So, preparing the pots for the Speedies:
Image
First of all, a 2-finger low strate of expanded clay. I like to do it in larger pots

Image
then, filled with brand new Canna Professional soil - I'd like to make my own living soil but this will happen in the future. Still have to find some reliable bio fertilizer powder to mix in the soil.

Image
Planted, watered, and domed. For the next few days these girls won't need light, but I gotta prepare a 4 bulbs array of 6400K lights for the first week of growth - then I'll switch to a ratio of 1 bulb 6400K cold white, 2 (or maybe 3) 660Nm red lights. Or maybe simply use the 240W led bar lamp, isn't it easier? :distraught:

I doubt they will last as long but they are shipped from the EU so no extra charges except postage.

Spider Farmer & Mars Hydro (sister companies) both have 4" inline fans with controllers like AC infinity copies.

Mars Hydro = €142.99

Spider Farner = €119.99

Both sites currently out of stock but they do land containers weekly so check few days for restock.

Next time I upgrade I will get a EC fan, noise, electrical usage and programmability are also important to me. Hope this is useful ohh and your little green ones are off to a great start.

I have an AC Infinity. It's the best one I have used so far.

Still considering to buy the vent + carbon filter kit or not... Looking the reviews, someone say the 4 inch carbon filter can't handle massive smell and make it leaks. Maybe better to buy a 6 inch filter with reduction?
Anyway my tents are not into home :) and the air outlet is to the outside so not very important.
Now I have to let the Speedies run smooth to their 7 weeks life. and in the meanwhile train the Tropies to be good girls and make lots of colas - and taking some cuts in the meanwhile.
Summer is coming, I expect temperatures above 30°C where the tents are. Bought a 120x60cm tent for the emergencies (when the outside is 40°C, the basefloor of my house is 29°C).

The size/diameter of the ducting/filter is relevant to the room size.

I have had RAM filters in a .8M tent for over a year.
