Very nice looking groom Tom. Them bottom fan leaves could be removed but no real need. You have some nice almost natural structure to them so no harm them leaves staying imo.

They look ok to me but with me being a beginner and all, I thought you guys would know best or be able to spot anything I need to do
The LED’s power output is still on 75% intensity, I think you have to wait until the flowers really get going until you go to 100%?

What week do you roughly get true flower mate? Plants are looking good bud. Looking about right for the age too. They should stop the stretch now. You can't go by weeks as every plant is different. They normally stop stretching when the buds get to about thumb size.
PS: you can't really use LUX for measuring grow lights. There are some posts here but you could also Google "lumens are for humans". Those lux meters won't give you an accurate representation of how much usable light is available for the plant.
PPFD meters exist and you can pick a cheap one up for about £200. Pre fuel crisis I wouldn't have bothered TBH as I wasn't too worried about how much light my plants got and kind of guessed where I should be but there is some real solid data out there around how much light is required when growing cannabis at different stages as well as the fuel crisis and inflation kicking in, IMHO, its worth spending a little money and really fine-tuning your garden to save a little on energy costs. At the current market price, the PPFD meter could pay for itself after just one crop.
As a rule of thumb, cannabis in grow requires around 200-600 umol/s.m2 and flowering cannabis can use up to 800+umol/s.m2 depending on other factors. Anything above 1000umol/s.m2 and you're wasting energy unless you're supplementing CO2 and can get the ppm up in the 1200ppm zone. If you're just using extraction fans, you could assume your co2 levels are around 500ppm and 800umol/s.m2 would be optimal. Most modern LEDs are capable of pumping out way more than that so dimming is recommended.

I might crank the led back down to 75% then as 100% does seem very bright and the last thing I want or need is bleached buds
Until I can get a ppfd meter anyway
