Couldn't find any clear trichomes this morning and even found a couple ambers on both.

Have you checked the trichomes of both mate? They seem to look like they will have different finishing times.

I was thinking exactly this the other day. Believe it or not, the bigger one at the back has more orange trichomes than the one at the front. Not by a great margine but still more. No clear trichomes on either of them. If the front plant does need chopping first i can hang it in the chest of draws for a few days while the other ripens but i dont mind having one go full CBN-couch lock.
