she's gone into a 40ltr pot in the flower room today, also gave her a drink of seaweed.

40ltr...that's mad. Do you always pot up and go straight to flower? I have always been under the illusion/impression that root development slows down to a near stop in flower to focus on fruit production. Its one of those things i was taught and have just taken for granted but id be happy to be wrong. Guess i should do some reading. Good luck bud.

Re: flavour chasers purple mazer tov
Your right, seen it a few years back with a friend, he potted up and flipped them not long after, when we pulled the roots out it just came straight out of the coco, the roots hadn’t spread from the original rootball.Herbalist wrote: ↑Wed Apr 20, 2022 6:25 pm40ltr...that's mad. Interesting that you see root growth in flower using NFT but not so much coco being as coco is like a middle ground between soil n hydro. Thanks vadorVador wrote: ↑Thu Apr 21, 2022 11:16 pm

Re: flavour chasers purple mazer tov
I’ve seen it with autos in nft where they go into flower after 5 weeks and the root mat isn’t that thick, by the end of flower it’s about an inch thick.
With photos you tend to veg longer so the root mat should be quite thick by the time you flower anyway. I guess it probably still grows but it’s just not as noticeable.
Also on my coco feed chart you stop using rootstim when you start flowering, by that point the root system should be well established I guess and they aren’t expecting any root growth as the plant will be concentrating on fruiting.
Something like that anyway
