hi clicks ,my you have been a busy and im sure you will love the coco.
it takes a couple of good runs and then is plain sailing mostly i am shite grower in mud and coco was my saviour re weed growing after several measly sad sick soil grows my first coco run was massive in comparison,a jolly good convincer that.
i shall follow along and pop in now and then,peace

Thanks so much. Yep, its still strange feeding them nutrients from seed after switching from soil, but it's entertaining pretending to be a scientist with my giant Bluelab Truncheon EC pen!! lol

I like keeping my diaries reasonably thorough to almost keep it as a personal diary for myself to look back on.

I'm really enjoying it so far. My heart is with soil, I'd love to do a living soil grow - but with such a small space I need to find ways to maximise yield and quality and I think coco will definitely help me do that.

Hopefully in the future I will have more space and play around with giant living soil beds.

So I’ve had a good day! Spent most of it with my daughter and the last couple of hours chilling out in the grow.

I plumbed in the AutoPot Easy2Grow system with a couple of taps so I can cut off either tray if necessary.




Then I had an “Ah fuck, I can’t believe I’ve done this” moment

I was quickly doing my “evening bending session” and I snapped one of the tops on the Big D Energy clean in half… properly snapped. I just used insulation tape and it seems to be 100%, fingers crossed!




Then I opened up the light, pieced it together etc in preparation for putting it up.





Then I had to ask my fiancé to help hang the light, she isn’t too keen on the whole thing but it’s growing on her absolutely no pun intended..





And finished it off with a lovely smoke of Green Gelato

My mrs was the same when she found out about my grow, we was together for at least 6 months before I showed her inside my wardrobe at the time, told her it was a server for my website and the noise was cooling fans lol, she never asked any questions till I told her what it really was.
She was nervous for a while and not sure what to make of it but after a while she got quite keen, she loves coming and having a look what’s going on now, she doesn’t smoke or consume weed at all but she loves the smell. Just keep her in the loop and I’m sure she will be fine

I’ve just bought a second 6” Phresh Hyperfan for extraction in my lung room, so that will complete the room set up. Whenever I sealed all of the walls with black and white, I failed to think about the repercussions lol. It gets very hot and very very humid if I don’t leave the doors open, which defeats the purpose of the room. So I’m hiding a 6” EC fan in the cavity wall with a tiny bit of ducting sucking air out into the garage, that should solve the issue.

Haha, I was with my fiancé already when I started. I started with a tiny 35x70cm grow box to ease her into the idea and it’s growing on her day by day. She actually kind of likes being ask to help now, even if she pretends she doesn’t.

She doesn’t smoke but she does consume. She enjoys vaping and edibles, so she does appreciate that we are completely self sufficient and helping us save money.

She suffers from very bad migraines and has trouble sleeping so it works wonders for her. She’s even started to comment on the differences between strains!

That's a very nice looking build and grow mate. I'll tag along. Have used TNC MyCorr Max in the past with coco and Canna soil, seems to be excellent stuff!
