I use a separate tray with a grate in it to keep plants off the bottom. Water them a good 3 times, let them drain then back on the shelf. Works well, just takes 15 min to water 6 plants, LOL

Growing in a loft myself I struggled with run off. I think a recirculating system is best where the water is contained.

I use run to waste atm but already had a few minor spills.

Gonna see how much of a ball ache it works out to be like I've got it but I imagine something like that will be a possibility in future. First run up there atm so will change alot I should think as time goes by

They not doing too bad, had a bit of drooping going on but since repotting and lifting the light they have got alot better today. Gave them some calmag spray earlier on aswell. We're starting to lighten in colour a little aswell so now that they are in the new soil hopefully that will darken them back up a bit. They were in biobiz light mix in the smaller pots and have had just water up till now for 4 weeks. Now they are in the big pots I have filled them with biobiz all-mix

Kool sounds bout right with soil 4wks yep good time to repot yh ive used both Light mix and all mix and 50/50 of both lol

Have to say im loving the bat poo soil my self tryed a few different soils now but like the bat poo the best so far

I used biobiz when I was growing in the past as the shop I was using only did that or canna and my friend was using it also but i had alright results so just stayed safe and went for it again. I have seen alot of people using the bat poo soil on here though so am definitely considering giving it a try in the future

All in their final pots now and all darkened up again nicely.

Lights still at full height and turned up to 35%

Still just feeding water with 2ml/l canna rhizotonic and 2.5ml/l cannazym but still just enough to just saturate the pots as no roots showing out the bottom yet.

I had topped them in the last 3 pics. Staying quite tight so far, not too much stretch luckily as don't want massive trees due to semi-restricted head height but will veg them for probably another 4 weeks still yet. Will let them recover from the topping and then start LST

On my autos Top one week LST start of the next week then train a bit every day till they hit flower spread them out for max light
