Re: Tour of the Death Star & attack of the clones
Hey @duke
Well after all my old seeds failed to germinate I bought this pack of blue cheese from ab seedy, course you get loads of free seeds.
When they arrived I realised if I order some more and get some more freebies I’ll have 4 of everything, great that will give me enough for another 6 grows, then I won the 5 packs from LSC, got more seeds than I know what to do with now and the thought of just smoking blue cheese for the next year, what was I thinking.

Yeah gonna go for variety now me thinks. Your right there are a lot of nice looking strains these days, too many

Re: Tour of the Death Star & attack of the clones
Week 10 - Mother
A+B = 1 ml/L E.C = 1.1
P.H = 5.9
She's bounced back nicely and will be in need of another trim soon at this rate.
Been tempted to just flower her in with these clones and start some different strains, then I think maybe should keep her alive just in case.
What i've decided for now is I need to get some of those little slow release feed ball things to go in her pot rather then mixing up a+b for her all the time. Then I want to give grafting a go and potentially have 3-4 strains in one plant. Save space but still have access to more than one strain at a time.
Week 3 - Flowers Increasing in Size
A+B = 2 ml/L Silicon = 0.5 ml/L
Buddy = 0.5 ml/L
Boost = 1 ml/L
Fulvic = 1 ml/L
E.C = 1.6
P.H = 5.9
Veg Time = 7 Weeks
Seen a bit more stretch this last week and got lots of white hairs appearing. defoliation, Supercropping and training every day or two at the moment.
Week 3 - Clones
E.C = 0.8 P.H = 5.9
Clones aren't doing too bad, they've all rooted except one, they got some formulex in the tank round about midweek. They are struggling a bit with humidity where ive left the vent open trying to force them to acclimatise
Now then the next thing to decide is do I scrap the clones and start off some fresh seeds or grow out the clones and do the seeds next time round, there's just too much to think about lol.
Will keep the clones alive as a backup plan anyway and anything that doesn't get used will be rehomed
Nearly forgot, I built a manifold to help suck up more sir from around the dehumidifier, works a treat, humidity is down from 60% to 50% in the tent now.

hi vador the plant looks super and yes clone it or regret after when its the best thing you have smoked!i refuse to flip till ive atleast one good clone rooted from each,my clone mojo seems to have done a bunk and i blame the cold weather cos it wouldnt be me overwatering and soaking wet cold cocohad to start over with some and pay more attention in future

the slow release can be problematic ime as you cant tell how fast or not they release also the can still be feeding when time comes to flush and the taste is horrid in the dried bud proper stinky nitrogen,i oiled about 8 oz of mazar for that reason,just saying im sure you know this.
the graft mother project i started had been going well till i dropped a big lead acid battery on it!
but will try again soon now ive the genetics to play with,new scalpel and grafting wax,even bought rubber gloves.......![]()

Re: Tour of the Death Star & attack of the clones
Hi @duke, I only just seen your comment in there, nearly missed that one. Yeah the more I think about it the more I want to keep mum alive and just graft a few more strains onto her. The problem I have is when I get a new batch of weed I get stoned but it soon loses its effect and I’m forever trying to chase that high again, the only way I can get proper stoned again is to change to another strain, for that reason alone I need more than one strain, not sure what I was thinking when I planned to grow blue cheese for years lol.
Those slow release feed things are just to go in the mother so I don’t have to keep knocking up nutes for her, they work really well for veg but like you say I wouldn’t want to risk flowering with them, I just put them on the top so they can be easily removed if needs be, no point mixing them in imo. When it comes time to flower her I’ll just remove any feed balls and water her till she starts to go pale and should be good to go, in coco so will be able to flush her right out real easy.
I should have some of them feed balls somewhere but I haven’t seen them since the move so no doubt will need to buy some more.
Thanks for looking in

Re: Tour of the Death Star & attack of the clones
Hey mn
Yeah dehumidifier is outside the tent, see I found without it the window gets filled with condensation and it looks suspect as fook, the only window on the front of the house that’s fogged up.
For that reason I run the dehumidifier in the room, it just wasn’t bringing the humidity down enough in the tent though so added that bit of hose from the dehumidifier and into passive inlet on tent.
Works like a charm now, the window isn’t fogging and humidity is between 50-55% in the tent lights off now
