Done a few alterations to the groom. Where the seedlings were sitting on the heat mat, they were drying out from the bottom upwards and a lot faster than normal (this would have hindered root development). So I have raised the pots off the mat. Also added the 500w oil filled rad with the inkbird controlling it to 21C. Now have 2 clip on fans and the box louvre fan for more air flow, one of the clip on fans is pointed at the Lamp the other above the plants then the louvre lower down.

Update on how i support young seedlings when they get top-heavy or leggy.
OK, I find wax paper straws excellent for this, you just cut to length with a pair of scissors. Then cut length ways so can you open the straw up (plastic straws will spring back making it more difficult to put around the stem). Then you just place around the stem and squeeze the opening shut. Then push gently down into your substrate to hold in place. Simple and effective, plus as the stem grows it just pushes the straw open, also simple to remove when you're ready to do so.

What seed company did you go for on the Super Skunk? I'm guessing your Cindy seeds are from Brothers Grimm?

Been over a couple of weeks since I last updated this. Lot has been changed in the Cupboard New carbon filter, new pump and drippers, New Dual spec lamp and the plants have been potted up. The new carbon filter really dropped the temps.
