That sounds pretty good already. There are alternatives for aeration. In the US you may find rice hulls readily available, which also help with other micro nutes too. I think over time the perlite can tend to float to the top.
Worm castings are always a win. Starting my own wormery soon, if you do that the juice you collect from it is incredibly good for your plants.

The sand is always a good thing, sand, silt and clay are the fundamentals of a soil.
The rocks are a good idea too as you're imitating what's happening in the wild, in your plant pot. You get something called lithotrophs that mine the rock for the nutrients and they all form symbiotic relationships to help keep a healthy root zone, michrazae (so many spellings for it lol, I always just guess) also is a good thing if you want to add a product.

A good compost is also full of life and nutrition.

They all look very healthy too. Always like to think I could help though.

Shout out if you ever want anything 🤟

Sod spelling mate, everyone is different. Too far to post really but thanks for the offer. Got lot's to use up from Green Hand Organics but they are based in the UK

Fox farms is pretty good stiff apparently, in the US that is readily available I think.
