Just thought I would share some happiness amongst all you lovely people, share some positivity. They say smiles are infectious and if you do so to someone you could make a positive change to their day subconsciously or not.
So what makes you happy?
What makes your boat float?
What tickles ya pickles and fills you with content?
What do you do to relax and dewind after work?
What makes you feel good about yourself?
I know a few that like meditation, which is more popular or tai chi Shaolin or Karete
I love swimming, which refreshes me and makes the smoke of some wonderful buddage all the more rewarding at the end of the day. Or walking the dog.
Having full jars of course is always a big winner, no?
