I reckon a roll of this would be itself back by the end of your next grow at least! Payed you back with less electric bills and better weed

Get on it Benj, wrap your ladies up and get them cosy.
Thankyou my man!DIY.Rik wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 8:52 am@Benjic93 mate, don't worry. A little insulation goes a LONG way. That stuff our dear friend has suggested @Finchmad_79 is a very good one! That is just plastic stand from clear plastic coke bottlesPlus it's more fire retardent.

Rik, you will find most, if not all insulation is fire retardant. Pretty sure it has to meet meet fire/ building regs.DIY.Rik wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 5:59 amI have always been hesitant to say too much about insulating like this in case of fire hazard, but as long as you are careful not to cover up electrical sockets all is good.Finchmad_79 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 11:06 pmPersonally, I think your pissing in the wind unless you start using insulation. Even if you don't want to goto the expense of kingspan, consider draping some loft insulation over your tent something like this

It's cheap and non irritant. Even using spare duvets, blankets and sheets over your tent will help to retain some heat.
A duvet is a good idea.
I always have an old bedsheet draped over my tent too and then another one or two hung around my shed door to stop warm air escaping and cold air ghetting in.
Every little helps.
Cut long lengths and go up and over and down the other side of your tent, like an upside down UBenjic93 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 7:51 amYou think that'll stuff will be alright? Contemplating going B&Q after work to pick it up. Just wrap it around the tent you reckon?Benjic93 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 7:14 amTo be honest mate I inow I'm pissing in the wind. It gets to me! I was going to start piling on duvets and sheets over the tent but I thought that wouldn't make a bit of difference. I've even got the tent sat on an old shaggy rug lol. I will be getting round to insulate the shed and I'm actually bed shopping for a bigger bed so I'll have spare duvets lying aroundFinchmad_79 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 11:06 pmPersonally, I think your pissing in the wind unless you start using insulation. A little on the higher end of the price bracket though. I got mine for 20% of the price.
Will do man, gunna throw a super king duvet over the top aswell today see if that helps lolFinchmad_79 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 10:55 pmCut long lengths and go up and over and down the other side of your tent, like an upside down UBenjic93 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 04, 2021 7:51 amYou think that'll stuff will be alright?
