Re: Strawberry banana - lordy's lucky find
Gibberelic acid and cytokynins both work together in the production and maturity of trichomes. It is something I have already started to read upon (both GA & CK) but I have just read an article about this.
A phytomhormone and a metabolite. Cytokinin you will find in leaf tissues and in organic feeds, compost. A good FPJ would cover both of these although I bet there are products out there with both in. Maybe something for you to look up for future use?
If anyone stands me corrected here we are all good? @GMO....?

Re: Strawberry banana - lordy's lucky find
Hi Duke, that's pretty interesting dude. I've pretty much decided I'm going to chop Monday. I gave them a last watering tonight I checked this afternoon and cut a little bit of bud off and put it under the loupe and I'd say we're all cloudy and under 5% Amber. I'm hoping it'll take me to the moon anyway! Thanks for popping in.duke wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 9:34 pmhi lordy ime some sat dom phenos never amber up they can go on for ages compared to an indica there comes a time when leaves fade and change more esp fans and growth slows but trichs seem all milky no ambers,i even left a maui thai weeks passed the theoretical flowering time,i got mocked on another forum for that one, smart arse sat growers!you could always quick dry a bud and test itohlordyeah_420 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 12:59 pm

Can't the trichomes continue to develop into ambers after harvest anyway?ohlordyeah_420 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 10:37 pm

I reckon so. They're almost there so by Monday afternoon it'll be a field of potent, cloudy frost I reckon.DIY.Rik wrote: ↑Sat Oct 02, 2021 9:55 amCan't the trichomes continue to develop into ambers after harvest anyway?ohlordyeah_420 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 10:37 pm

I stripped some leaves off yesterday and I'm in work today and even though I've showered twice my forearms still stink of weed.

But stripping leaves sounds like an idea to let the light cook the Trichs.

Re: Strawberry banana - lordy's lucky find
My thinking if it's a sativa like high coming from this I really don't want any couch lock. I've got jars of weed which is indica leaning that gets my legs wobbling and mouth yawning so it'd be nice to have one to mess with my brain.
