Re: First proper photoperiod grow!! SoG
I’d love to be able to do something like this! But the space wouldn’t allow it. The back wall comes down at angle which doesn’t give me enough room to get the filter up. I only have about 4 1/2 ft of height to work with as well. If I owned the house I’d soon change that! Stuck with a basic set up for now. My girlfriend barely allows that! Haha. Only allowed to use the house over winter.Ancient.Soul.Grown wrote:Good afternoon evening all... what i would do....
But first you are doing an amazing job dude.... loooooooooooove it!!!!
What i would do is...
Install 2 lengths of timber either side of space length ways. Buy a box of screw hooks and add them ever 2 inches onto timber.
I would then spread the girls out onto 2 rows using all floor space.
Tower fan and carbon filter lifted off the ground and hung up high.
Buy 2inch green bean support netting and install that attaching to hooks on the timber.
Watering i would buy corrugated roofing roofing panel... diy store has them... 900mm width x 2m length.... drain table with gutter on one end.... collect into saucer etc. I made a large drain table for my 5x5.... saves sooooo much time honestly.
Yeah thats about it.
Happy growing :)

I was dialling in 12h on my timer yesterday as it has 10 different slots and I must of left it on the 12h setting. Think I’m just going to leave it on that now. Should fill up most of that area come full on flower
some of the plants structures are beautiful. 3 in particular being 1 of each strain luckily enough!
Getting some enthusiasm back for these
Oh, and I sorted my power cables out
was going to get round to it but thanks for the kick up the ass
looks a lot tidier now!

Looking pretty good in the cupboard now! Made quite a lot of progress over this week and I think I probably flipped them at near enough the right time. Considering I only begged for just under 4 weeks they have filled the space nicely. Think my next job is to start tying some branches down just to fill out some gaps and then I’ll be pretty much content.

Re: First proper photoperiod grow!! SoG
Went away camping over the weekend doing a bit of fishing. No joy for anyone interested but a weekend spent in the woods gets a tick in my book regardless.
However, fed these girls on Friday, got back Sunday night. Girls were looking seriously thirsty! Very very droopy leafs on 1 or 2. They have bounced back big time now though. Making good progress everyday
just have to really keep on top of watering with these small pots. Only going to get more intense with it to! No worries though, the fruit at the end of the Labour is always worth it
