They look healthy enough to me. Finger her soil mate Get something as a mulch to hold the moisture especially if you're in soil. Maybe taper the watering a week or two before flower? Do every 2 days then 3 then 2 until they look like they need more again.
I haven't done many bottle nute grows to be honest.

I use this stuff from USA. Apparently they have the best quality Alfa grown in local volcanic rock dust.
From amazon here:
This contains Triacontanol which is a natura; growth hormone. So use sparingly and replace maybe every 3-4 weeks. That is what I do anyway, or let it compost down in between grows.

@DIY.Rik so just looking into them now. Do you just use it as a top layer for the soil or do you actually mix it through? From what I've read, it's great for aeration which make me think you mix it through?

A mulch is just a top layer you gently layer over the top. It will help retain and make a home for more bacteria.
You can pre mix for more aeration too.
Hay is more just for a mulch layer.

@DIY.Rik thankyou mate, sorry havnt deep dived this far into growing so that's new to me. Will be familiarising myself with it for sure. So it'll just stay moist a couple more days longer? Many benefits to that? I'll read up on it all anyway. Thankyou
