I can't wait for this coco run @Ghost_In_A_Jar. Deficiencies are so much easier to fix in coco. You know what your doing with the plants, that tent is rammo. I think you will do special things in coco 👊

@Keeno thanks bud, it’s really good to have some genuine help.
I think I’ve been lucky with this lot really. It’s been an education to say the least 😂😂
Not a million miles away with some of these now, so hopefully before long I’ll have the tent free and ready for a good clean down and swap over to coco.
I’m excited to see what we can make of it.
For now, it’s just a matter of keeping on top of the leaf matter that’s dropping off at the moment. Feel like I spent most of today pulling brown leaf out of the tent.
Feed on these is minimal at this point. The res got a clean out today and refreshed with .5m/l of grow, bloom, top max and acti Vera. Ph’d to 6.2

The last man standing…..
Everything else is down and hanging now. Stinking like it should, so all signs seem promising. All cloudy trichs with about 10-15% amber on the furthest ones along.
Once I’ve had everything cut, dried and cured, I’ll update with some numbers.
Appreciate the help you’ve all given with this lot. It’s been a mission to keep on top of and deffo not something I would recommend to anyone that doesn’t have 24/7 access to their grow.

So, everything is now down. Last one hung and drying.

Unfortunately while drying there must have been a bit of standing air and I’ve been plagued with nasty while mould on a fair bit of the top buds from the JH.
Never had mould like this before, so I’m putting it down to a few things….

1. Waaaaaaaaaay to many plants.
Theoretically the way the flowering times were, half should have finished before the others had time to catch them.
I’ve now learnt (again) that autos do why the F they want and show no regard for your schedules.

2. Don’t mix coco and soil together.
This was fine as far as balance in the soil was concerned, but it meant that I under fed. The coco and perlite that was added had taken away some of the (what would have been) nutrients from the bat special soil. It meant the plants were left wanting at the wrong time. I managed to catch them, but 3 out of the 7 survivors had some real issues.

3. Not enough fans.
Suffered with still patches when the plants got bigger. That screwed me for the thrips and I assume the mould as well.

4. Time.
Gardening takes time. Make time for it.

5. Thrips
The most effective thing for thrips is having no plants. Other than pesticides, I’ve tried various things in this grow to gain control, but with a mass of plant matter to hide in, there was no real hope of getting on top of them.

6. Split plants into sections to dry.
Pretty sure I could have avoided a fair bit of mould by having a little more space between the buds when drying. I’ve always dried whole plants, but these had some leaf material on them that was pretty brown when it was cut. These are likely to be where the issues stemmed from.

So,
Too many plants = not enough time = hard to solve issues = mouldy weed.
Once the last one has dried, I’ll close this diary.

To say I’m gutted is an understatement, but I have gained knowledge worth its weight in gold.
