My first led grow started flowering early June last year it was hot the yield was good the buds smelt lovely but I did bubble hash a lot of wispy bits. I only grow for me so I don't need loads so I was happy the following grows the yields got lower as the temperatures dropped and the last one was terrible. I believed the hype about the lower wattages with led but I think in the uk the dry heat of hps could still edge it. Looking at captain beefs grows which are impressive he is still using a 600 watt hps for heat and also to dry out the air that with the spectrum from the led makes an almost perfect environment. I know you was pleased with your mixed hps led grows and I think here in the UK that's more the way to go. Having said that the buds smoke lovely from led and there's no denying that they work well in the right place
Yes I'm all for whatever works, myself I've just turned 100watter back led on in my room it was a tad warm some days last week 31-32c so it was turned off to bring temps into line and it did. But duke well i think he uses led like i would myself if heat was a problem, basically he uses hps in Winter cus it heats room so he saves money on leccy that way and come Summer he goes with LED lots cus of temps.

I recently bought me a new extractor fan cus the old one was like near on 20 years old making a real racket  but yes it`s one of those hybrid type, the motor was made in Germany, so yes i thought I'll take and it`s twin speed it moves x2 as much as my old RVK fan so heat isn`t too much of a problem unless its crazy hot 30c+ here in UK but that doesn`t happen much up norf so jobs a good en. I did used to run with bigger LED`s like i did last Summer but no need now so jobs a good en hey....

Tbh i can`t say i won`t use LED again. Man i see everyone saying they get more buddage from LED grows and they will with HPS and they will never go back to HID, but fuck man i swear i must be doing summink wrong cus like fuck can i get LED to produce what HPS light will in my small grow area. Fuck knows tbh but atmo ive given uip on them as a standalone grow light in my area 8-)

My day 49 is August 2nd (bloom started 16 June) so you reckon start them on good old plain ‘council pop’ and flush them through from that day forward for a week or two depending on the techs colourings yeah?.

Well I am now technically at the end of flower but I’m going to go on a bit longer @2-Scoops

The thing is there are no cloudy techs in fact their all still clear and all foliage seems good so I fed today as normal and then I’ll just wait till they start to go cloudy and then start to flush???? when ever that May be? Is that a good plan mr Scoops.

Temp have been too cool really and humidity another factor as well so just feel like persevering for the time being, plus my weeding cake clones could do with a bit longer to really root up well (week old and now prop lid off looking well so fingers crossed the other clones I gifted to @Wrh spread the love and all that for letting me have the wedding Cakers).

Sorry for late update blame @Wrh for making me drink lots and I still feel rough today being a non drinker.

Yes they not done at all then. The amber hairs are only an indicator they getting their and will prolly turn a deep dark orange/red as they progress closer. I`d be carrying on regardless and am doing so myself, lots of hairs are turning amber on mine now, tis no sweat, i will just carry on aiming at 65 days but 70 works, I'll prolly put them on water when trichs are all milky and theirs 10 to 20% amber for 2 weeks or their about, that said if they are all milky and none are hardly cloudy at 60 days they will be going on a water only diet for 2 weeks. Well i think i will do that, but i do like to crop both plants at same time. A guy i know on another site did some so i will look how long they took if i can find his grow.
