I've got this tree in my garden, can anyone identify it?

I think the Welsh name for it is 'Poweriop Poleiop', but @Greenfingers seems to think it's called a 'Tree Phase'...

My neighbours wife once stated that she hates trees they are just a nuisance she said I just rolled my eyes and didn’t really know what to say and left 😂, strange some of these city folk
