I do it in the normal oven , make them thin and crispy

They had no haddock on the fish counter, so I grabbed a ribeye steak again. Maris piper spuds, drizzled in olive oil and loads of sea salt in the air fryer and a runny egg. Dollop of Dijon mustard on the side.
