Good morning all sorry coildnt keep my eyes open for the whole podcast was a very draining day yesterday for me hope you all have a good weekend

Thanks man means appreciate that yea just very stressful day was a bad trigger I tried to keep calm anxiety got so mad where left side of face goes numb check hurts heart pounding ... heres to a better day 👊😎💚
