Very impressive! Can only imagine the smells off it! You've done a cracking job of it so far

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
The buds I haven't touched yet. I try and refrain after getting bud rot/mould once.
The smell is amazing though
Smells just like starburst or chewits with a hint of spice.

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
Well I've just had to start propping her up around the tent as she is starting to fall over under the buds weight. She is sticky as fk!Terry_Flanagan1 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 16, 2021 9:01 pmVery impressive! Can only imagine the smells off it! You've done a cracking job of it so far

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
You may be able to see here I have used gardening wire to prop up the plant around the tent.
Lesson learnt with this one. I need to scrog this one if my cuttings succeed, so next time around this tent may look a tad different
Anyway. Depending on what I can sort out later, as I cannot find my bean poles, like the bamboo sticks. Somewhere amongst a load of stuff. I need to find a better wat to support the branches to keep it going.
To be totally honest I was in 2 minds on whether to keep ot going last night. I may take it down, we will see how it goes. It wiould be nice to see if they pack on even more weight though.

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
I don't know how much longer I can stretch this one out for.
I had to clear a load of dead leaves and pick one of the yellowing ones. I did unfortunately notice some white looking powdery mildew. Unless it is some white fungi.
Anyhow, I did check the more upper parts and everything seems fine.
I may be bringing this one down today, at lights on time, think with the dead leaves and mildew it would be a wise thing.
A few things to do different next time:

A few things to do different next time:
- When using sprayers be careful not to weet lower leaves and stem
- keep up with dead leaves and foliage
- Top Dress Earlier

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
I have been keeping a very close eye on this lady. The smells are getting more rich and fruity.
Lovely jubbly.
As for the mouldy leaves. I think it was just the lower ones I may have got wet.
I have been keeping a very close eye on her and she has had her light flipped to 18 hours on now. 2 days of that already and tonight I think I will strip all of the fan leaves. All of those can go back on top with a heavy LAB's watering to break down. I am going to order some nematodes too and get those in there after chop, which will be in the next day or two.

This weekend 28/03/21 brings us to week 11

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
Top heavy flop of buds
I am sitting on my hands here and balancing my stash at the same time.
She is well into autumn as I keep picking the dead or yellowing leaves. I did plan a big defoliartion this evening but I can't see much point.
Tomorrow, if not, Friday night this will be coming down. I may well do this while listening to Fri night hang out. Nice idea?
I am curious to find out the weight of the dry buds. More patience needed for that though. It will be hash time again soon too

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
.......also I have taken 3 cutting's of this. Although not pretty ones
we shall find out in a week or so if they root.
I will carry on this diary if so and see what the next run compares like to this 1st attempt. I am hoping a netting or support trellace of sorts.

Re: Rainbow 🌈 Candy Growers Choice.
I declare this lady chopped and officially, hung

There is more than what it initially looks as I have some wedged over the bars at a weird angle.

I think I'm just living in hope that this is all going to be a good haul lol.
I did wet weigh the biggest bundle of buds uo in the left hand corner. Come to 1.8 oz, but that will be stripped more and then lessened of its big chunky stems.
I'm hoping at least a few ounce off this. That will see me through for a little while.
Now it's just a waiting game on those ugly duckling
cuttings
If I get a survivor it will mean I carry this Diary on.
Happy days.
This is the bit where I don't want to rush, all heaters off and dialing it all in.
