You poor thing you @Mrs Beefheart No luck with these seeds for the bonsai. Just tell them before you put them into the paper towel that they are gonna be big old trees that will produce tons of bud. That way they might pop immediately
Not sure i would pop if i knew that i would be tortured most part of my life cycle either

Maybe it's the temps? It is fucking cold at the min... Where do you germinate your @Mrs Beefheart ?

I stick mine above the (built in) fridge and so far have not had any fail to germinate.

I have fecking killed em once germinated of course and the last victim was my Bonsai, I broke another stem and tried supporting it with the remaining stem and proceeded to break them both so had a hissy fit and not doing Bonsai anymore ;o)

I have heard of scorching seeds or peroxide in the water to help seeds anyone here of this ?

Yea it’s defo cold but I put her in the boiler cupboard it’s always warm , I’m a heating freak can’t live below 30

Good evening everyone gawd im scared to say anything
So im gonna try cure my prob and have another go at popping
This time im trying 2 seeds , first one im gonna do like always in wet paper towel then ive dropped the other in a cup of water till tomorrow give it a 24hr soak then put it in wet paper towel
Asked grumpy for a bit of help but he said no
