Running the pre 89 NL5 again and while I've got a mother and clones of the super frosty NL5 pheno some more seeds were popped from an open pollination the breeder did to select the frosty pheno, so expecting some variation......
This NL5 predates the Sensi version that won the cup in 89. It came to the US breeder from the indians off an island just off Seattle so rumoured to be the cuts that went to Sensi before the crossed it to an afghani to make seeds.
The smoke is thick, very smooth and still feels like 'Dam in the 90s, comes in waves and is the best thing I've vaped in literally ears.

Never has side branches grow quicker than the top and there are two tops (as if it's been topped) very odd. Could be male, going to run it fully just for fun while the select NL5 clones get going.
