Going organic

Having a nightmare mate, the soil meter i got is a piece of s##t lol everything i measure reads 4.5 measured the two 50L pots, 2 babies pots, mine and my neighbours gardens and the wormery and all of them read 4.5

Really hope the readings aren't correct as that would mean my soil is very acidic. But I doubt it as the babies are looking real healthy and don't think they would be doing this good if the soil was at 4.5ph. And thought I would get at least one different result from so many tests

I'm going to order something else to measure the soil ph, don't think I could do the paper method like lol I need something I can just pop in the soil and read it off

Yeah I have those cheap green ones like that. Maybe there is a calibration part, especially being a digital read out. Maybe look at the settings?

I have noticed they don't work as well in coco and also if the medium is dryer.

I always check straight after water and then an hour after.

The dynomyco arrived today buddy. I am hoping to transplant tonight or possibly tomorrow. I was wondering though mate is there a specific feed I should give them? Or am I ok to just feed them what ever is on for that day? Think tonight is no water and tomorrow is the aloe/fulvic feed with neem and frass top dress

Are you using the leguminous plants to grow in companion with the weed? If so would there be a need for the dynomyco?
Unless that has phosphate solubilising microorganisms? But then that would make me think you would get more out of it in flower lol

I take it out of it's origional pot, tease out any roots if they're nested/balled up, then spinkle it into the hole in your new pot. It has to be directly applied to the roots if at all possible. The fungi and microbes in this are extremely sensitive to light.

Water would do or if you have some fulvic/humic acid or aloe vera, or any other root stimulant.

Watering the frass in with fulvic is a big winner. Also 50/50 mix with malted barley powder/frass is a good top dress. One contains something that works well with the other. I can't rememeber the names Could be chitin but don't hold me....on that....

Noticed one of the babies the lower leaf tips are starting to go pale i think. The other looks spot on. Ordering a blulab soil ph meter so hopefully thats here this week and I can check the soil.

Hopefully they will take off after a few days in the 50L pots

I think it's still a usefull tool for diagnosing, I never PH my water anymore but still check soil PH sometimes so if somethind does go wrong then you can be confident in what you're doing.
