Yeah I have those cheap green ones like that. Maybe there is a calibration part, especially being a digital read out. Really hope the readings aren't correct as that would mean my soil is very acidic. But I doubt it as the babies are looking real healthy and don't think they would be doing this good if the soil was at 4.5ph. And thought I would get at least one different result from so many tests
I'm going to order something else to measure the soil ph, don't think I could do the paper method like lol I need something I can just pop in the soil and read it off![]()

I have noticed they don't work as well in coco and also if the medium is dryer.
I always check straight after water and then an hour after.
