Hello mate,

I always add pk first then base nutes. my normal routine is:

ph down
pk
boost if using
base nutes

your defol while heavy is fine imo. they will soon start to fill the gaps.

canna coc a and b does have calmag in it, so upping this will give you a boost.

when i talk about loading up plants i mean 2 weeks before flip to help with the transition to flower and 2 weeks after flip to replace anything used. i load up not with a and b, i do so with cal mag. its the only 2 times i use cal mag in a grow. a and b loading/boosting is a bit risky as changing the feed they are happy with for a few days can burn or stall them. adjust a and b according to plant colour.

These look happy though mate and i believe you are on the way to a decent harvest.

I forgot about this from my 1st soil n salt grow. I learned half way through you're supposed to do the nutes in a certain order to eradicate them locking up?

I heard before PH then silicone, etc.....

thanks for the advice bud, interesting to know that you PH down first, I always leave that to the end.

I usually calmag or silicone first, and then just follow the column order in the canna table.

Will definitely try the ph down first and see if that helps.

as per harvest, really hope you're right. :D

Don't hold your breath, mmmm......

I'll find you a link that may explain it properly:

The Order to Mix Nutrients
Add Silicon and give solution at least one hour to dissolve
Add Cal/Mag supplement
Add Base Nutrients
First “Micro”
Second “Grow”
Third “Bloom”
Add Bloom Booster
Add Humic Acid
Add SM-90 (I now use RAW Yucca as a wetting agent instead. See our article: "Recommended Nutrient Supplements for Growing Cannabis")
Measure and adjust the pH of the solution
Add Rapid Start
Add H2O2 (if needed for reservoir)

Forget the SM-90 that got taken off the market. Basically neem oil but not good stuff I don't think.

Thanks, never heard of SM-90,will need to do some reading.

I checked humic acid before and found that the canna coco a & b already have some in there. Is it worth adding a boost?

Humic acid is a chelator that helps release more nutrients out of the solution.

final PK Feed today - 6.5 weeks into flowering
kind of worked out nutes mix to achieve the 2,2 EC recommended by CANNA and PH to 6.1

4.5l water
PH down 1ml
3ml Silicon liquid
12ml A&B
1ml Rhizo
7ml Canazym
6ml PK
7ml Boost

leaves runoff of around 500-750ml - Feeding every 2 days, an hour after lights on

Not much work on the plants, just removing any dead leaves at the bottom. Pistels have turned lovely orange, but the trico's still need time (I think)
