I think they just look hungry or the only other thing I can think, too dry or too wet. For seedlings some gardeners call it wett feet I think, I had it once and left it to dry for a couple of days after overwatering and perked up.

I'd agree with the wet feet mate. Those seedlings must only be a few days old, should be plenty of nutrition in the castings if you've mixed it evenly for a seedling that size for a maybe ten days or so. Let them dry out and only water when the soil feels dry. I use the same gear as you from the same place and it does hold moisture extremely well. I use a sprayer with a chapin and give it only a tiny bit if watering every day.
Little and often is the way to go buddy. Another tip is when using fulvic etc, whatever the recommended dose is halve the water, it'll reduce the chance of over watering and still get a decent amount in.

I do find newcomers to soil often have to learn to water again. Keep the faith bro, you'll figure it out!

I use something along these lines. I find the pressure helps the water penetrate deeper without having to flood the pot.

Ooooooh that's cheap  I may have to get this one. NIce one :thanks: :barmy:

Also a thought, wouldn't this method help oxygenate the water? With pumping the water through with atmospheric pressure?

I've always thought so mate, but I don't know for certain. I water once a day and I spray for a few seconds a pot until it's going strong. Works well in my set up.

When they dry out touch em with a little fulvic spray mate and you'll soon see if there's any nutrients left in there.
