AutoPots have been upgraded and I think it should reduce the risk of blockages.

Pipes have been upgraded from 6mm (shown on the right) to a 16mm main feed (shown on the left) with 9mm spurs (shown in the middle):-



The old 6mm pipe fits into the new 9mm pipe which fits easily into the 16mm pipe:-



Floats have been upgraded to take the 9mm pipes:-



Both plants have now been moved into the main tent:-

Really nice looking girls, they are alawys pretty like that but it's such a slow process that I personally don't like and think it's a lot of waste of resources (leccy, feed, time)

Totally agree mate but I wanted to give it a try to see how much difference it would make etc. The Leccy is pretty much the same as I just train them in the Veg Room / Auto Cupboard but the extended veg time is definitely the factor with the Main Lining. I don't really mind it as I like to do the faffing stage so that I know they have strong roots once I move them into the main tent. Mostly because they become so much more difficult to get to once in the tent.

They`re are coming along real nicely on training section Minty now, good stuff. :)

Managed to break a steam on the back (left) plant tonight while trying to train them down so taped that up (way too early for training I would say - so note to self, let them grow more before strapping them down) I seem to be becoming a Stem Snapper on a regular basis which isn't great but still learning etc.

Checking again about 6 hours later via the tent cam and the tape has come un-done which is not good but I can't be arsed to go check so hopefully it will pull tru otherwise down to 7 main stems.

I was thinking about going with just the 4 main stems on the front (right) plant (because she was split in half and is now lagging) rather than performing the final Main Line stage and topping them into 8 final steams. But I already slowed the first down so not really sure as both plants need a couple more weeks to settle in before being flipped anyway so I would guess it doesn't matter as long as both are 'trained' enough before flipping the light?

I was thinking more from a 'Science' side but I guess seeing as 2nd had already failed at the first change (3rd node topping - when I lost one side) it makes more sense to keep them both at 8 stems and see what difference the original fuck up made at this point.

What do you dudes think?

Day 47 Update

The branch I snapped did die (I assume because the tape came undone) so we are down to 7 steams on the back plant with the front plant topped to the final 8 steams (main line stage 3):-



Tempted to take the back plant beyond and top again so that it will be in line with what is going on in terms of height from the front plant:-



Currently both plants are the same height (with the front plant being higher if anything) so topping the back plant one more additional time (which I think she will cope with fine as the steams are looking good etc) will put both plants on a equal height going forwards.

I fecking know @2-Scoops is gonna call it #Faffing and it is but I kinda wanna do it...

It would give me 15 main stems on the back plant and 8 on the front plant -

23 Main Cola's (assuming I don't snap anymore).

I just think it would be a cool and is not really adding to the veg time as the accident with the front plant means they are at least a week apart if I don't top again so topping just the back one again makes kinda sense to me...

Errm @Minty i`m just about to pop a few seeds for my next grow which be around 4 to 5 weeks till current grow is done and around 6 weeks till i can get them in flowering room, not a biggi in itself and what i generally do, well with around 4 to 5 weeks before they can go in flowering room. But yes im contemplating having a really good faff at mainlining them although tis only at contemplating stages atmo cus im still a fan of LST or HST less faff basically, but yes will give ya a shout if i get to doing it.
